How much rear wheel travel do these give?
15 inches, with the factory rear shock still in place. More than that means changing the rear geometry — the long travel cantilever kit gets 19 inches and the through-the-bed bed cage kit 17, both on Gen 3 Raptor Rear Suspension.
Do these fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?
Yes. They fit 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks, Raptor R included.
Do I need the panhard bar too?
Not for these arms to work, but it is the part we would buy first. The panhard bar is the only thing holding the rear axle centered side to side, and removing its rubber bushing is the change most owners notice immediately — on the road, not just in the dirt.
Will billet arms on uniballs make the ride harsh?
You will hear and feel more of what the rear axle is doing, because a uniball transmits what a rubber bushing absorbed. That is the point of the part. If you want precise axle location with more isolation, the Ultra-Flex version is the one to look at.
Is the uniball serviceable?
Yes. The uniball is a wear item by design and presses out for replacement, so the arm stays on the truck for life. Replacement uniballs are listed under Serviceable Parts.
Will the factory wheel position sensor still work?
Yes. The upper arms carry an aluminum ball post for the factory wheel position sensor, so the truck reads ride height the way Ford intended. The lower arms never carry one — the sensor only ever mounts to an upper link.
Where are these made?
Designed, machined and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.
