Take control of your suspension travel and protect your shocks with our Rear Limit Strap Kit for the 2021–2025 Gen 3 Ford Raptor.  This Limit Strap kit keeps your suspension from overextending while adding extra protection to your rear axle and shock mounts.  

• Precision Weld-On Mounts –

  • Upper Mounts: The upper strap plates weld directly to the side of the truck’s frame, positioned just off the corner of the rear crossmember. They are designed with proper spacing from each face of the frame rail to ensure a secure, balanced attachment point.

  • Lower Mounts: The lower strap plates weld onto the inside pivot plate of the rear axle housing. The kit includes both left and right side plates, so each strap has a dedicated, reinforced mounting location. This setup ensures the straps pull straight and evenly under load, preventing twisting or misalignment.

  • This weld-on design ties the straps solidly into both the chassis and axle housing, creating a permanent, race-proven connection that can handle repeated abuse without loosening or shifting like bolt-on alternatives.

  • Heavy-Duty Plate Kit – CNC-cut from 3/16” mild steel, these plates are built to handle the stress of aggressive off-road use.

• Strong Strap with Steel Tabs – Each 18" strap is built tough with 4 layers of military-grade webbing for maximum strength and durability. Designed to withstand harsh off-road abuse, these straps won’t stretch or wear out like cheaper alternatives. Steel mounting tabs are plated black for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance.

• Complete Kit – Comes with precision-fit weld plates, 18” limit straps, and ½” bolts to secure the straps to the tabs.

• Proven Performance – Prevents shocks from overextending, protecting shock mounts and suspension components while extending their service life.

Installation Notes:

• Welding is required for both upper and lower mounts.
