Foutz Motorsports 5-Link Rear Axle Panhard Bar Mount – Stock Position, Weld-On 2021-2023 Ford F-150 Raptor

There are two panhard geometries in the Gen 3 world and they are not interchangeable.

Stock position — this mount

Keeps the factory pick-up point, so the truck runs a stock-length panhard bar and behaves the way a Gen 3 is supposed to. This is what you want for a repair, or for converting an older axle to standard Gen 3 geometry.

Long travel position — a different part

Long travel moves the panhard mounting points at both ends and needs the 41.5" bar. That is the long travel axle mount, not this one. Fitting the wrong one gives you a bar that will not reach.

Converting an older axle to Gen 3 five link

A Gen 1 or Gen 2 Raptor axle housing has no Gen 3 panhard pick-up. This puts one where the geometry needs it.

Repairing a damaged factory mount

The panhard mount takes every bit of lateral load in the rear of the truck. When one tears, cutting it off and welding this on is far cheaper than a new housing.

Built to the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor five link axle, model years 2021 through 2026 including the Raptor R, and for adapting a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Raptor axle housing to that geometry.

Welds directly to the axle housing. Qualified fabricator only. Position is the whole point of this part — a panhard mount welded off-location will pull the axle off centre and no amount of adjustment fixes it.

Will this work with a long travel rear?

No. Long travel relocates the panhard mounts at both ends — use the long travel axle mount and the 41.5" bar for that.

Which panhard bar does it take?

Any stock-position Gen 3 bar — the factory one, our fixed billet bar, or our adjustable bars.

Does it come coated?

No, raw steel, so you can weld clean and finish it to match the rest of the axle.

Laser cut, welded and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.
