Converting an older axle to Gen 3 five link

A Gen 1 or Gen 2 Raptor axle housing has no Gen 3 coil spring perch — the Gen 2 is leaf sprung entirely. This plate gives the housing a spring seat in the right place.

Repairing a damaged factory perch

A torn or crushed spring mount does not mean a new axle. Cut it off, weld this on, and the housing carries on.

Stock position, deliberately

Long travel builds relocate the spring and shock. If that is what you are doing, this plate is not the part — talk to us about the long travel kits instead.

• .250" (1/4") mild steel, laser cut, MIG welded
• Raw steel finish — no coating to burn off at the weld
• Positions the coil spring in the factory Gen 3 location

Built to the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor five link axle, model years 2021 through 2026 including the Raptor R, and for adapting a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Raptor axle housing to that geometry.

Welds directly to the axle housing. Qualified fabricator only. The plate's position sets ride height and how the spring loads the housing — not somewhere to be approximate.

Does this work for a long travel build?

No. Long travel relocates the spring and shock entirely. This plate is the stock position part.

Does it come coated?

No, raw steel, so the weld is clean and you choose the finish afterwards.

Can I buy the whole axle set at once?

Yes — the complete axle mount kit has the upper, lower, panhard and spring mounts together.

Laser cut, welded and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.
