A long travel panhard setup is three parts. This listing is one of them.

This part — the axle side mount

Welds to the rear axle housing. Sets the axle end of the bar at the height long travel geometry needs.

Also required — the frame side mount

The long travel frame mount welds to the frame and carries a cross tube between the frame rails.

Also required — the 41.5" bar

The 41.5" adjustable panhard bar is the only bar that fits these mounting positions.

Buying all three?

The long travel panhard bar mount kit bundles both mounts and the bar together. This listing exists for a build coming together piece by piece, or a replacement.

The panhard bar is the only part holding the rear axle centered side to side, and it does that by swinging through an arc. Where the arc sits, and how flat it is, is set entirely by the two mounting points and the bar's length.

Stock geometry is fine for stock travel. Open the suspension up and the same mounting points would sweep the axle sideways at the extremes of the stroke — you would feel the rear of the truck stepping out over big terrain.

Relocating both ends and lengthening the bar flattens the arc across the whole stroke, so the axle stays put from full compression to full droop.

For the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, including the Raptor R — building long travel rear geometry.

This is not a stock geometry part. If your truck keeps the factory rear spring and shock positions, you want the stock-length adjustable panhard bar instead, which uses the factory mounts.

Welds to the rear axle housing. Qualified fabricator only. Position is what makes this part work — a bracket welded in the wrong place gives you geometry that fights the suspension rather than supporting it.

Will this work on a stock Gen 3 rear end?

No. It only works as part of long travel geometry, with the matching frame mount and the 41.5" bar.

Does this fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes, 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks including the Raptor R, on long travel geometry.

Do I need the frame mount too?

Yes. Both ends have to move together. Buying one without the other leaves you with a bar that will not reach.

Is it included with the long travel rear kit?

Yes — the complete long travel cantilever rear kit includes the axle mounts it needs. This listing is for building up separately.
