Converting an older axle to Gen 3 five link

A Gen 1 or Gen 2 Raptor axle housing has none of the Gen 3 five link pick-up points. These brackets put the upper link mounts where the Gen 3 geometry needs them, so an existing housing can run Gen 3 rear suspension.

Repairing damaged factory mounts

A torn or cracked upper link mount does not mean a new axle housing. Cut the damaged bracket off, weld these on in its place, and the housing carries on.

Custom builds

Raw steel and a known geometry make these the sensible starting point for anything one-off.

Build the rest of the axle at the same time with the complete axle mount kit, which bundles the upper, lower, panhard and spring mounts together.

Welds directly to the axle housing. Qualified fabricator only. Mount position is what sets your rear suspension geometry — these are not parts to eyeball.

Do these come painted or coated?

No, they ship in raw steel. That is deliberate — coating burns off at the weld anyway, and it lets you match whatever finish the rest of your axle gets.

Can I replace just one damaged mount?

Yes. That is one of the main reasons this exists — a damaged upper link mount does not have to mean a new axle housing.

Do I need the lower mounts too?

For a full conversion, yes — along with the panhard and spring mounts. The full axle mount kit has all four. For a repair, buy only what you need.
