We build the Gen 3 rear arms two ways, and both give the same 15 inches of travel on the factory shock. The difference is material and adjustability.

This kit — fabricated 4130 chromoly, adjustable

Tubular arms fabricated in-house from 4130 chromoly, with length adjustment built into every arm and the panhard bar. That adjustability is the reason to choose this kit: a truck that is lifted, or one where you want to dial in pinion angle and axle position rather than accept where the factory put them, wants arms that move.

The alternative — billet aluminum, fixed length

Our billet aluminum rear arm kit is machined one-piece from solid, at stock length. Choose that if your truck sits at stock ride height and you want the simplest possible bolt-on with the best finish options.

Both use FK uniballs, 17-4 stainless spacers, urethane wobble stoppers and Grade 8 hardware. Neither requires cutting, welding or an alignment.

Unlike the billet arm kit, this one includes the panhard bar — all five links in a single part number.

The Gen 3 rear is a five link: four trailing arms controlling the axle fore and aft, and one panhard bar holding it side to side. Every one of them mounts on rubber from the factory.

Replace some and not others and the remaining rubber becomes the compliance in the system — you get part of the improvement and the softest joint still sets the limit. The panhard bar in particular is the one most owners feel first, because it is the only thing resisting the axle moving laterally.

Doing all five gives you an axle that goes where the geometry says it should, under load, every time. On the road that reads as the rear of the truck sitting still instead of moving underneath you; under acceleration it is the difference between hooking up and wheel hop.

Fits the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, including the Raptor R.

Works with the factory rear shocks and springs — nothing else has to change first. The Raptor R uses the same rear suspension architecture as the V6 truck, so the kit fits it unchanged.

Running a 2017–2020 Gen 2 Raptor? The Gen 2 has a leaf-sprung rear and needs a Gen 2 to Gen 3 rear conversion first.

Bolt-on, and most trucks are done in a few hours. The arms use the factory mount locations, the spacers are machined to suit, and there is no cutting, welding or alignment required afterwards.

Set the panhard bar length with the truck at its finished ride height, on the ground and settled rather than hanging on a lift — measuring at full droop sends the axle the wrong way.

How much rear wheel travel does this give?

15 inches, with the factory rear shock in place. More than that means changing the rear geometry — the long travel cantilever kit gets 19 inches and the through-the-bed bed cage kit 17.

Does this fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes. It fits 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks, Raptor R included.

Do I need new shocks or springs?

No. The kit works with the factory shocks and springs, which is what makes it a few hours rather than a weekend.

Does the panhard bar come with it?

Yes — all four trailing arms and the panhard bar are in this kit.

Why adjustable arms?

Length adjustment lets you set axle position and pinion angle rather than accepting them. On a lifted truck it is the difference between correcting the geometry and living with it.

Will it make the ride harsh?

You will hear and feel more of what the rear axle is doing, because a uniball transmits what a rubber bushing absorbed. That is the point of the part. If you want precise location with more isolation, look at the Ultra-Flex joint arms.

Can I add long travel later?

Yes. There is a Gen 3 long travel add-on that takes the rear to roughly 19 inches of wheel travel. Call us to talk through what your truck would need.
