Foutz Motorsports Stock Location Shock Mount kit 2021-2023 Ford F-150 Raptor

The rear shock mount takes every hit the suspension does not absorb. On a truck that gets landed, that is a lot of load arriving repeatedly at one bracket on the frame.

It shows up as cracking around the mount, or the mount itself deforming. Either way the shock is no longer held where it should be, which changes how it works and puts the load somewhere else.

These mounts sit in the same place as the factory ones but carry far more material. Same geometry, same shock, considerably more margin — and fitting them is cheaper than finding out what happens when a mount lets go at speed.

Worth pairing with a rear bump stop kit, which reduces how hard the mount gets hit in the first place, and a limit strap kit, which stops the shock taking the load at full droop.

Repairing a Gen 3

Cut the damaged mount off and weld these on. The shock ends up back in the factory position, so nothing else about the truck's setup has to change.

Converting a Gen 2 Raptor or 2015-up F-150

Neither frame has shock mounts in the Gen 3 position. These put them there, which is one of the steps in running Gen 3 rear suspension on an older frame.

Fits: Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor frames (2021 through 2026, Raptor R included), Gen 2 Raptor frames, and 2015-up F-150 frames.

Weld-on kit — must be installed by a qualified fabricator. The mounts weld to the frame, and their position is what keeps the shock working the way it should.

Do I get both sides?

Yes — driver and passenger side mounts are both included.

Will my stock shocks still fit?

Yes. These replicate the factory Gen 3 location exactly, so anything that fitted before still fits.

Does it fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes, 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks including the Raptor R.

Can I bolt these on?

No. They weld to the frame — a bolted shock mount would work loose under the loads this part sees.
