Repairing a Gen 3

A direct replacement for damaged rear spring and panhard bar mounts on a 2021–2026 Gen 3 Raptor. The spring perch and panhard bracket both take real load, and when one is damaged the truck's rear geometry is no longer what it was.

Converting a Gen 2 or F-150

A 2017–2020 Gen 2 Raptor has a leaf-sprung rear with no coil spring perch and no panhard mount at all. A 2015-up F-150 is the same story. This kit gives either frame the mounts it needs to run the Gen 3 coil-sprung five link layout.

The kit incorporates the factory panhard bar location. That sounds like a small detail and it is the whole point of the part.

The panhard bar holds the rear axle centered side to side, and where its frame end sits determines how the axle behaves through the entire stroke. Put it somewhere approximate and the axle wanders, the truck tracks oddly, and no amount of adjustment on the bar itself corrects it.

Keeping the OEM pick-up points means correct suspension travel, correct handling, and a truck that rides the way the engineers intended — whether you are repairing a Gen 3 or building one out of something else.

Fits the 2021–2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor including the Raptor R as a repair part, and the 2017–2020 Gen 2 Raptor or 2015-up F-150 as a conversion part.

Weld-on. Qualified fabricator only. Mount position is what sets the geometry, and on the panhard mount in particular there is no adjusting your way out of a bracket placed wrong.

Can I use this to convert my Gen 2 Raptor?

It is part of that job — the spring and panhard frame mounts. You also need rear link frame mounts, axle mounts and shock mounts. The complete Gen 2 to Gen 3 conversion kit bundles all of it.

Does it work with aftermarket links?

Yes — stock Gen 3 arms, our fabricated arms and our billet arms all bolt to the same geometry.

Is this for long travel?

No. This is stock geometry. Long travel relocates the spring, shock and panhard mounts entirely.

Does it fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes, as a repair part for 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks including the Raptor R.
