The 41.5" adjustable panhard bar — also called a track bar — for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 Raptor long travel rear suspension. This is the fifth link every Foutz long travel rear kit and conversion kit needs.
This bar will not work on a stock geometry rear end. Long travel moves the panhard bar mounting points, and this bar is built for those positions. It requires both the long travel frame side mount and the long travel axle side mount to function. Running stock geometry? You want the stock-length adjustable bar instead.
1.5" chromoly tube, MIG welded, hammer black powder coat, with an FK 1" heim joint on the adjustable end and an FK 1" uniball on the fixed end. All hardware 17-4 stainless steel.

Long travel rear suspension — this bar
41.5" adjustable. Required for the long travel cantilever rear kit and the Gen 2 to Gen 3 long travel conversion. The extra length is what keeps lateral axle movement under control through 19 inches of wheel travel — a stock-length bar swept through that much travel would drag the axle sideways.

Why Length Matters On A Long Travel Rear
A panhard bar holds the rear axle centered side to side, and it does that by swinging through an arc. The longer the bar, the flatter that arc — and the less the axle wanders laterally as the suspension moves.
On a stock rear end with limited travel, a short bar's arc is tight enough not to matter much. Open the suspension up to 19 inches of wheel travel and the same bar would sweep the axle noticeably sideways at the extremes of the stroke. You would feel it as the rear of the truck moving under you over big terrain.
At 41.5" with relocated mounting points, the arc flattens out across the whole stroke. The axle stays where the geometry intends it from full compression to full droop.

- 2 17-4 stainless steel spacers — frame side
- 2 17-4 stainless steel spacers — axle side
The heim joint takes the adjustable end so you can fine-tune axle position; the uniball takes the fixed end for articulation.
Fitment — Read This Before Ordering
Fits the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, including the Raptor R — but only with long travel rear geometry.

Installation
The bar itself bolts to the long travel mounts once those are in place. The mounts weld on, so that part of the job belongs to a fabrication shop — or bring the truck to us in Mesa, Arizona.
Set the length with the truck at its finished ride height, on the ground and settled rather than hanging on a lift. Measure from a fixed point on the frame to the same point on each side of the axle, adjust, then tighten the jam nut against the rod end.

Questions
Will this fit my stock Gen 3 Raptor?
No. It needs long travel panhard bar mounts at both the frame and the axle. On stock geometry it will not mount. The stock-length adjustable bar is the one you want.
Is a panhard bar the same thing as a track bar?
Yes. Panhard bar, track bar and lateral link all name the same part — the single bar holding the rear axle centered under the truck.
Does this fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?
Yes, 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks including the Raptor R, on long travel geometry.
Does it come with the long travel kit, or do I buy it separately?
Our complete long travel rear kit includes a long travel panhard bar. This listing is the bar on its own — for a build coming together piece by piece, or a replacement.
Why 41.5 inches specifically?
That length, with the relocated mounts, flattens the bar's arc across the full stroke so the axle does not wander sideways through 19 inches of wheel travel.
Is the joint serviceable?
Yes. The FK rod end and FK uniball are both replaceable wear items, so the bar stays on the truck. See Serviceable Parts.
