Foutz Motorsports Panhard Bar Rear Frame Mount, Long Travel Suspension Version 2021-2023 Ford F-150 Raptor

A long travel panhard setup is three parts. This listing is one of them.

This part — the frame side mount

Welds to the frame on the passenger side, with a 1" tube cross member tying across to the other frame rail so the mount is supported rather than cantilevered off one side.

Also required — the axle side mount

The long travel axle mount welds to the axle housing.

Also required — the 41.5" bar

The 41.5" adjustable panhard bar is the only bar built for these positions.

Buying all three?

The long travel panhard bar mount kit bundles both mounts and the bar.

The panhard bar is the only thing resisting the rear axle moving side to side, so every bit of lateral load in the rear of the truck ends up pulling on this one frame mount.

Bolt or weld a bracket to a single frame rail and that load tries to twist the rail. Over time that shows up as a mount that has moved, which quietly changes your rear geometry without anything visibly breaking.

The 1" tube ties the mount across to the opposite rail, so the load is taken by the frame as a structure instead of by one rail on its own.

For the Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, including the Raptor R.

Long travel builds only. This mount will not work with stock Gen 3 rear spring buckets. It is designed for kits where the spring and shocks have been relocated — our long travel cantilever kit, our through-the-bed kits, and the Gen 2 to Gen 3 long travel conversion.

This kit requires substantial fabrication and welding and should only be installed by a qualified fabricator. We say that plainly because the position of this mount is what sets your rear geometry — there is no adjusting your way out of a bracket welded in the wrong place.

Will this work with my stock rear spring buckets?

No. This mount only works on long travel builds where the spring and shocks have been relocated. On a truck with factory spring buckets it will not fit.

Which side does it weld to?

The passenger side of the frame, with the cross tube running across to the driver side rail.

Does this fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes, 2021 through 2026 Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 trucks including the Raptor R, on long travel geometry.

Do I need the axle mount too?

Yes. Both ends of the bar move together in long travel geometry — one without the other does not work.

Can I install this myself?

Only if you fabricate and weld to a high standard. This is not a bolt-on part and the mount position is unforgiving.
