Sold as a pair, one guard for each rear shock.

At speed in the dirt, the front tires throw rocks and gravel straight back into the rear suspension. The rear shocks take a lot of that. A chipped or scored shock body, or a damaged shaft, means a shock that needs service or replacement.

A guard puts a sacrificial layer of aluminum between the roost and the shock. This kit is shaped to completely cover the FOX 3.2 Live Valve Internal Bypass shock, so the guard takes the impacts and the shock is left to do its job.

Floating guard body

Each guard is precision laser cut in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum tubing.

Upper clamp

A black mounting clamp made from durable plastic fits around the upper part of the shock body. It acts as a guide for the floating guard, keeping it aligned and limiting any damage to the shock from the guard moving.

Lower clamp

A billet mounting clamp on the lower backside of the guard is shaped to the profile of the shock eyelet, so the bottom of the guard stays secure as the shock extends and compresses.

Fits 2021–2026 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor trucks running aftermarket FOX Factory Race Series 3.2 Live Valve Internal Bypass rear shocks, part number 883-06-183.

These guards fit only that shock. They do not fit the factory rear shocks or other aftermarket shocks. Check the part number on your shocks before ordering.

Which shocks does this fit?

Only FOX Factory Race Series 3.2 Live Valve Internal Bypass rear shocks with part number 883-06-183, on a Gen 3 Raptor.

Will it fit my factory shocks?

No. This kit is for the FOX 3.2 aftermarket shock above.

Is it one guard or two?

Two. It is sold as a pair, with upper and lower clamps and hardware for both.

What is it made of?

The guards are laser cut from 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. The upper clamp is durable plastic, and the lower clamp is billet.

Why is the upper clamp plastic?

It guides the floating guard and keeps it aligned on the shock body, limiting damage to the shock from the moving guard.

Is it hard to install?

No. It is an easy install, and the hardware is included.
