Everything at the corner of the truck bolts to the spindle: the upper and lower ball joints, the brake caliper, the tie rod and the hub. Every landing, every braking load and every hit to the tire passes through it, and any flex in it moves the brake and the steering relative to the wheel.

This upright is built around a 2" thick CNC machined primary backing plate that carries the brake caliper mounts, for strength and less flex in the upright assembly. The ball joint mounts are machined 4130, so the tapers stay strong and durable. Steering stops are built in to protect the steering and the CV joints, and the steering connection is full double shear.

Fits the 2021–2026 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor, built for the Gen 3's electronic 4x4 actuator module.

Control arms

Works with the factory stock upper and lower arms, and with any combination of aftermarket upper and lower arms that mount to the stock ball joint location.

Wheels

Works with the factory stock Raptor wheels.

Tie rods

Works with any half tie rod kit or full billet tie rod kit that uses a 7/8" rod end at the wheel. It will not work with the stock tie rod end.

Brakes

• Works with the stock brakes.
• Works with some aftermarket brake upgrades, but those kits may need clearance modification on their mounting adapters.
• Alcon brake package: fit confirmed, but it did require modifications to the mount adapter.
• Wilwood kit: should work with minor modifications to the mount adapter, but this has not been confirmed in our shop.

Can I run it with my stock control arms?

Yes. It uses stock ball joint tapers, so it works with the stock upper and lower arms or with aftermarket arms that mount to the stock ball joint location.

Do I need new tie rods?

Yes. It does not work with the stock tie rod end. Use a half tie rod kit or a full billet tie rod kit with a 7/8" rod end at the wheel.

Does it work with the Gen 3 4x4 system?

Yes. It is built specifically for the Gen 3 and its electronic 4x4 actuator module.

Will my stock wheels fit?

Yes. It works with the factory stock Raptor wheels.

Will it work with a big brake kit?

Stock brakes fit. Aftermarket kits may need clearance work on their mounting adapters: the Alcon package is confirmed with an adapter modification, and the Wilwood kit should work with minor adapter modifications but has not been confirmed in our shop.

What finish does it come in?
