The spindle (or upright) is the part the wheel, brake and both control arms hang from. Every load from the tire passes through it into the suspension, and any flex in it shows up as flex at the brake caliper and in the steering.

This upright is built around a CNC machined 2" thick primary backing plate that incorporates the brake caliper mounts. Tying the caliper mounts into that one thick plate reduces flex in the upright assembly. The ball joint mount areas are machined 4130, so the ball joint tapers stay strong and durable.

We also built proper steering stops into the upright, so the steering and CV joints are protected at full lock.

Fits the Gen 1 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

• 4x4: works with the standard vacuum 4x4 actuator module
• Control arms: works with the factory upper and lower arms, and with any combination of aftermarket upper and lower arms that mount to the stock ball joint location
• Wheels: works with the factory Raptor wheels
• Tie rods: works with any half tie rod kit or full billet tie rod kit that uses a 7/8" rod end at the wheel
• Brakes: fit verified with the stock brake caliper. No other brake kits have been test fit.

Will it work with my factory control arms?

Yes. It uses stock ball joint tapers, so it works with the factory upper and lower arms and with aftermarket arms that mount to the stock ball joint location.

Does it work with the factory 4x4 system?

Yes. It was built to work with the standard vacuum 4x4 actuator module.

Can I keep my stock wheels?

Yes. It works with the factory Raptor wheels.

Which brakes does it fit?

Fit is verified with the stock brake caliper. No other brake kits have been test fit.

What tie rods can I use?

Any half tie rod kit or full billet tie rod kit that uses a 7/8" rod end at the wheel.

What finishes are available?

Hammer Black only.
