Description
Take your 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 gas truck to the next level with this 6-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37 Inch Tires.
Up front the lift kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks.
In the rear this kit utilizes a replacement GlideRide leaf springs with integrated overload leaf, u-bolts, brake line brackets and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks.
Pro-Ride Coil Springs
A pair of full-length, gas-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
HD Radius Arms
In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
BDS Glide-Ride Leaf Springs
Built to outperform, BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs into a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design that provides a smooth ride with any load. This is accomplished with an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design where the main leaf pack is broken into two stages:
- First, the primary three leafs are functional with no additional load in the vehicle for excellent everyday ride quality. As moderate loads are applied, the secondary leafs are engaged.
- Second, if the truck is fully loaded, the bottom overload is engaged for maximum hauling capacity. This setup allows your truck to maintain ride quality unloaded without sacrificing payload.
Upgrading to BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will reduce axle wrap and provide flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front drive shaft (gas only).
- If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required.
- Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
- If equipped with a rear sway bar, 123009 is required.
- U-bolts will not work on dually.

This lift system retains the factory rear blocks with the addition of the new BDS leaf springs to achieve a level stance.
