Both replace the factory upper arm, both put a uniball at the spindle, and both are adjustable at the frame. The difference is how they are made and how they look.

Raw billet aluminum, or anodized in Fox Orange, black or blue.

Anodizing is a surface finish, not paint. Wash off desert dust and road salt, and keep harsh acidic wheel cleaners off the arms — those are the fastest way to dull an anodized finish.

2027 Ram 1500 TRX, stock length, factory spindle.

The 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 TRX is a different generation and uses its own billet upper control arm kit. Ram did not build a TRX for 2025 or 2026, so a part listed for 2021-2024 does not carry forward to the 2027 truck.

Do I need to change the spindle?

No. These bolt directly to the factory spindle.

Will the adaptive suspension still work?

Yes. The kit includes left and right wheel position sensor mount plates, which is what the shock control module reads.

Do I need an alignment afterward?

Yes. The rod ends at the frame are how caster and camber get set, so plan on an alignment once the arms are on.

What happens when the uniball wears out?

You replace the uniball, not the arm. Same for the rod ends. That is the point of the serviceable design.

Is this stock length or extended?

Stock length. It keeps the factory geometry rather than widening the track.

Does this fit a 2021-2024 TRX?
