The tie rods are the link between the steering rack and the spindles. Everything the steering wheel asks for goes through them, and when the front tires take a hard hit, the load comes back up through them toward the rack.

This kit replaces them with a tie rod machined from solid aluminum stock and FK rod ends with high-misalignment spacers, so the steering keeps a solid feel through the full cycle of the suspension.

The tie rod

Each tie rod starts as 6061-T6 aluminum hex stock and is CNC machined to our own shape. The shape gives the clearance the tie rod needs while keeping the correct flat areas, so you can get everything tight and secure.

At the spindle

7/8 FK rod ends with custom 17-4 stainless steel high-misalignment spacers for proper cycle and a solid feel, attached with grade 8 bolts and lock nuts.

At the steering rack

A stainless steel clevis adapter and 3/4 FK rod ends with 17-4 stainless steel spacers, again with grade 8 bolts and a lock nut.

Sealing the rack

A urethane boot keeps the rack sealed, so water and dirt stay out of the steering box.

Fits the 2025 and newer Ram 1500 RHO.

The kit is designed to work with the stock front shock. Other aftermarket shocks could make contact with even the stock tie rod assembly, so check clearance if your truck runs aftermarket front shocks.

Two options: raw billet aluminum or black anodize.

What rod ends does it use?

FK rod ends: 7/8 at the spindle and 3/4 at the steering rack.

Does it work with aftermarket front shocks?

The kit is designed around the stock front shock. Other aftermarket shocks could contact even the stock tie rod assembly.

Yes. Two urethane tie rod boots keep the steering rack sealed against water and dirt.

Is hardware included?

Yes. 17-4 stainless steel spacers, grade 8 bolts and nuts are in the kit.
