Description
Billet aluminum rear upper suspension arms for the 2024 and newer Ford Ranger Raptor, on our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joints. Each joint uses a 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a urethane body and can be greased through an external zerk with the arm still on the truck.
The rear upper links control axle wrap and hold pinion angle. From the factory they locate the axle through rubber bushings, which deflect under load. A machined billet arm with a defined, greaseable pivot holds the axle where it should be without the noise of a worn metal joint.

Why Billet Upper Arms
Under acceleration and braking the rear axle wants to rotate, and the upper arms are what stop it. Rubber bushings are soft on purpose, so they let the axle move before the arm takes the load.
A one-piece billet arm with an Ultra-Flex joint gives that pivot a defined, consistent motion. The urethane body still damps impact and road noise, and the whole joint can be serviced on the truck.
The Ultra-Flex Joint
- Durability. The Ultra-Flex joint design lasts significantly longer than a conventional uniball joint.
- Less noise. The urethane in the joint helps isolate road noise, and it won't squeak or clunk the way a worn uniball does.
- Corrosion resistant. All stainless steel components stay constantly lubricated, which makes this a good fit for humid or wet climates.
- Rebuildable. When the urethane body wears over time, you replace that body instead of a complete joint assembly.
- Easy to service. A low-profile external zerk lets you add grease whenever it's needed with the arm still installed on the truck.
