Description
The Adapt-A-Panel center dash mount kit gives the 2024–2026 Ford F-150 and F-150 Raptor a solid place to mount a phone, tablet or GPS on the new heads-up display dash. A laser-cut steel grid panel sits on top of the center dash, and a bolt-in steel plate underneath ties it into the truck's main steel structure.
Accessories mounted straight to plastic dash trim flex and vibrate with it. This kit carries the load into steel instead, so whatever you mount stays put and within reach while your hands stay on the wheel.
What Is In The Kit
- Top Adapt-A-Panel dash plate, with the hardware to mount it
- Under-dash mount structure: the bolt-in steel plate that goes beneath the plastic dash
Why Tie Into Steel
The center dash is plastic trim over the truck's steel structure. A mount that only grabs the plastic moves with the plastic: it flexes over bumps, buzzes on washboard and lets a heavy tablet sag. Off-road that movement gets worse, and a shaking screen is hard to read.
This kit puts a steel plate under the dash and bolts it into the main steel structure, so the grid panel on top is backed by steel rather than trim. Whatever you mount to it stays secure and stable whether you are on the highway or off-road.
How It Is Built
- Laser-cut steel grid panel and under-dash structure
- Grid design built around 7-bolt micro-inserts that fit the panel's grid pattern, so you can mount a phone, iPad or tablet, GPS unit or other accessory where it suits you
- Radio mic mount option to hang your radio microphone from; it needs a mag mount to complete, which is not included
- Textured hammer black powder coat with black stainless hardware, so the panel looks like part of the dash

Questions
What can I mount to it?
Phones, an iPad or tablet, a GPS unit and similar accessories, using the 7-bolt micro-inserts that fit the panel's grid.
Does it just screw into the plastic dash?
No. A bolt-in steel plate goes under the plastic dash and ties into the main steel structure, so accessories are not relying on the dash trim to hold them.
Does it fit an F-150 that is not a Raptor?
Yes. It is designed for both the 2024–2026 F-150 and F-150 Raptor with the heads-up display dash.
Do I need any special tools?
Yes. Installation requires a rivet nut tool, also sold as a threaded insert riveter kit.
Is the radio mic mount complete out of the box?
No. It needs a mag mount to finish it, and that is not included.
Can I get more inserts?
Yes. Add 1, 3 or 5 extra 7-bolt Micro-Grid inserts when you order.
What finish is it?
Textured hammer black powder coat with black stainless hardware.
