A weld-on lower arm pivot gusset kit with fixed holes (slot delete) for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, made from .125" thick 4130 plates. It reinforces the factory frame lower arm mounts and locks out the alignment slots so the lower arm stays fixed.
The front lower arm mounts take the load every time a front tire hits something hard. Use it when you want the lower arm locked in place and plan to set alignment with an adjustable upper arm.

Why Gusset The Lower Arm Mounts
The front lower arm mounts on the Bronco Raptor need extra support. These plates are welded to the stock frame lower arm mounts to strengthen them.
This version has fixed holes instead of slots. Welding in the slot delete keeps the lower arm fixed and locks out alignment changes at the lower arm pivots, so alignment adjustment has to come from somewhere else. The kit is intended to be used with an adjustable upper arm, and your truck may require one.
