Description
An adjustable rear panhard bar for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, built from 1.5" diameter chromoly tube with a forged 1" Johnny Joint at the adjustable end. It lets you re-center the rear axle after a ride height change and improves rear-end stability on and off road.
The panhard bar is what holds the rear axle centered under the truck. Change the ride height and a fixed bar pulls the axle off center. This bar adjusts to put it back, and it replaces the soft factory rubber bushings with precision joints so the axle stays put side to side.
What Is In The Kit
- 1 fabricated panhard bar
- 1 Johnny Joint, 1" ball and 1" thread
- 1 jam nut, 1"
- 1 Johnny Joint, 1"
Why An Adjustable Panhard Bar
A panhard bar (also called a track bar) runs from one side of the chassis to the opposite side of the axle. It is the part that locates the rear axle side to side. Because it pivots at both ends, it swings through an arc as the suspension moves. Raise or lower the rear and the bar sits at a new angle, which shifts the axle toward one side of the truck.
A fixed-length bar cannot correct that. An adjustable bar can be set to the length that re-centers the axle at your new ride height.
The factory bar also locates the axle through soft rubber bushings, which let the axle move side to side under load. Replacing them with precision joints controls that movement during aggressive driving and makes the rear end feel more planted.

What joints does it use?
A forged 1" Johnny Joint at the adjustable end and a Johnny Joint uniball at the fixed end.
Will it be noisy?
The Johnny Joint urethane liner helps reduce noise and vibration.
Can the joints be serviced?
Yes. The joint is fully serviceable for long-term use.
What is it made of?
1.5" diameter chromoly tube, MIG welded and finished in textured black powder coat.
