The coil bucket is where the front coilover's load goes into the truck. Every bump, landing and bottom-out passes through it. The factory part is thin stamped steel, sized for factory suspension loads.

Stronger springs, longer shocks and repeated big hits concentrate stress in that thin structure, and that is where cracks start. This kit replaces it with a fully fabricated, boxed design that spreads the load across a reinforced structure and reduces those stress concentration points. It is built to support longer travel shocks, higher spring rates and repeated hard bottom-outs, and to reduce the risk of cracking and fatigue in desert and high-speed off-road driving.

Why would the factory coil bucket fail?

It is a thin stamped steel part designed for OEM suspension loads. Aggressive off-road use, larger tires, long travel suspension and repeated high-impact driving can crack, fatigue and deform it over time.

Is this a bolt-on kit?

No. Welding and structural modification to the factory frame is required, and the kit must be installed by a qualified fabricator. The reinforcement ring plates themselves bolt on using factory hardware.

What is included?

Does it fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes. It fits Gen 3 F-150 Raptors from 2021 through 2026.

Do I need an alignment afterwards?

Proper alignment and suspension setup after installation is recommended.

Is it only for long travel trucks?

It is engineered for serious Gen 3 Raptor builds: long travel suspension, higher spring rates and extreme off-road conditions, where the factory part's limits are reached.
