Description
A billet aluminum panhard bar for the 2021 and newer 6th Gen Ford Bronco, built on our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joint. It keeps the rear axle centered and tightens up the rear handling, and it installs on the factory bolts.
The stock panhard bar locates the axle through rubber bushings, and rubber gives under load. Replacing it removes those bushings, so the rear of the truck feels more planted when you drive it hard.
What Is In The Kit
- 1 billet aluminum panhard bar
- Ultra-Flex joints
The kit reuses the factory bolts for mounting hardware.
Why Replace The Panhard Bar
The panhard bar (also called a track bar) is the link that holds the rear axle centered under the truck side to side. From the factory it mounts through rubber bushings. Rubber is soft on purpose, for isolation, so under hard cornering or rough terrain it compresses and the axle shifts sideways before the bar takes up the load.
The billet bar removes those rubber bushings. With a defined Ultra-Flex pivot at each end, the axle stays centered and the rear of the Bronco feels more planted when you drive it aggressively.
The Ultra-Flex Joint
Our patent-pending joint uses a 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a serviceable urethane body, greased through an external zerk.
- Durability. The Ultra-Flex joint design lasts significantly longer than a conventional uniball joint.
- Less noise. The urethane helps isolate road noise and will not squeak or clunk the way a worn uniball does.
- Corrosion resistant. The stainless steel components stay constantly lubricated, which makes this a strong choice for humid or wet climates.
- Rebuildable. When the urethane body wears over time, you replace just that body instead of a complete uniball assembly.
- Easy to service. The low-profile external zerk lets you grease the joint whenever it needs it, with the bar still installed on the truck.

Questions
What does a panhard bar do?
It keeps the rear axle centered side to side under the truck. A panhard bar and a track bar are the same part.
Does it need new hardware?
No. The kit reuses the factory bolts.
How do I service the joints?
Grease them through the low-profile external zerk with the bar still on the truck. When the urethane body wears, replace the body rather than a complete joint assembly.
Will it work with an aftermarket diff cover?
It may not work with aftermarket rear axle covers.
Is it noisy?
No. The urethane in the joint helps isolate road noise, and it will not squeak or clunk the way a worn uniball does.
What is it made from?
The bar is machined from billet aluminum. The Ultra-Flex joints use a 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a urethane body.
