Description
This is a +3" long travel front suspension kit for the 2021 and newer 6th-gen Ford Bronco. Every front component is 3" longer than stock per side, adding 6" of total front track width and about 15% more wheel travel while keeping the truck stable at speed in rough terrain.
Read before you buy: this is not a bolt-on kit. The bypass shock tower and bump stop require welding on the frame, and the kit requires fiberglass front fenders; stock Bronco fenders will not clear the tire.
Is This Kit Right for Your Bronco?
- Fenders: fiberglass front fenders are required. Stock Bronco front fenders will not clear the tire with this kit.
- Fabrication: the bypass shock tower and bump stop weld to the frame. A qualified professional fabricator is recommended for that part of the install.
- Alignment: have the Bronco aligned afterward by a shop familiar with long travel suspension.
- Want to stay bolt-on? See the Bronco HOSS 3.0 spring collar lift kit and Bronco billet tie rod kit instead.
