The lower control arm pockets are the frame brackets that hold the front of the suspension to the truck. Every hard hit the front wheels take is fed through them, which makes them one of the most stressed suspension points on the truck.

The risk is highest when the edge of the pocket is exposed, especially on trucks with aftermarket bumpers. An exposed edge is more prone to rolling or ripping off on impact, which can lead to structural damage or complete failure.

This kit replaces the factory pockets with reinforced 4130 chromoly assemblies, adding strength and durability at the lower control arm mounting points.

This kit requires welding and removal of the stock lower control arm pocket, and must be installed by a qualified fabricator. The pockets ship raw, and the included alignment plate locates them correctly in the frame.

Which trucks does it fit?

Gen 2 Raptor frames (2017–2020), Gen 3 Raptor frames (2021–2026) and Raptor R frames (2023–2026). It also fits 2015–2025 Ford F-150 4x4 frames.

Does it work with stock lower arms?

Yes. It works with stock arms and with aftermarket arms, including our fabricated lower A-arm kits and +3" long travel kits.

Can I install it myself?

Only if you are a qualified fabricator. The stock pocket has to be removed and the new pockets welded into the frame.

Does it come painted?

No. The pockets ship raw.

Will my stock front skid plate still fit?

Yes. It works with the Gen 2 Raptor and Gen 3 Raptor / Raptor R stock front skid plates.

Does it work with alignment blocks or slot delete kits?

Yes. It is compatible with Raptor alignment blocks and slot delete kits.

Does it fit a 2WD F-150?

No. It is not compatible with regular 2WD F-150 frames.
