Every hit the front wheels take travels through the lower control arm and into the frame at its mounting pockets. On a truck that is driven hard off-road, those pockets take the brunt of it.

Upgrade the front bumper and the loads going into that same spot only increase. Replacing the factory pockets with chromoly assemblies built for that load strengthens the frame exactly where the lower arms attach.

Fits the 2010–2014 Gen 1 Ford F-150 Raptor and similar year 4x4 F-150 frames.

Will not work on 2WD F-150 frames.

Works with stock lower arms or aftermarket lower arms, including long travel kits.

This is a weld-in kit. It must be installed by a qualified fabricator, and installation requires removing the old lower arm pockets and welding the new pockets into the frame. The longer arm mount bolts in the kit are needed to mount the lower arms in the new pockets.

Is this bolt-on?

No. The old lower arm pockets are removed and the new ones are welded into the frame. It must be installed by a qualified fabricator.

Does it fit a regular F-150?

It works on similar year 4x4 F-150 frames. It will not work on 2WD F-150 frames.

Will it work with my long travel kit?

Yes. It works with stock arms or aftermarket arms, including long travel kits.

What is it made from?

4130 chromoly, with a .250" thick lower ring support plate.

Does it come painted?

No. The parts are MIG welded and shipped raw.

Are bolts included?

Yes. The kit includes a pair of the longer arm mount bolts needed for the new pockets.
